I'm afraid I couldn't find a rear drawer bracket with a flat nylon ball bearing wheel, like the one you show. My suggestion is to drill out the old wheel and replace it with either the 10-109, 10-141 or 10-142 depending on the diameter. You would re-use your housing, of course. I would recommend a screw like our 33-087, as well as a dab of Lock Tite. You can get Lock Tite at your local hardware store.
A quick learner from SD says:
I have had excellent success cleaning with some penetrating oil. Can use a pliers to gently get turning again and work the oil through the bearings. Mine moved freely in seconds. good Luck!
