Kinco 29-4 EA2 CMC12 window balance needed

A home owner from Florida Panhandle says:
The top sash guide on my Kinco window (installed in 2005) broke and the balance is now exposed. The number on the balance is 29-4 EA2 CMC 12.

Can you provide the part number for a replacement balance with the sash guides included?

Looks like your top sash guide might be broken, which would let your channel balance pop up like that. See the video below for clarification.
I'm just not sure what top sash guide it is you have. Many kinco windows have been known to use our 18-166 top sash guide, as well as our Series 380 channel balance, but that's no guarantee. I also cannot confirm what you have based on your pictures. I highly recommend looking over the hardware I mentioned, including our pictures, dimensions, and any information we have, to confirm that they match what you have installed. I recommend removing your hardware from the window so that you can get a good look at it.
