Kinro window repair parts

A home owner from Oxnard, California says:

I watched your video...very helpful. I think I can fix my Kinro window but need parts. My Channel Balance has a marking on it 26 3 I am also missing take-out clips.

Please advise what part# I need to order. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. Some Kinro windows have been known to use our Series 385 Channel Balance, and so for a balance stamped 26-3 you would use our S385-27, with a stamp option of 2630. However, I cannot guarantee for sure this is what you need. The safest thing to do is to remove the balance from the window and send us photos of the nylon fittings at either end of the metal channel. We'll do our best to help from there. The video below also explains how to identify replacement channel balances.
