Most everything is working but there's one little glitch I'd like to discuss.
The X-Drive Split Arm ROTO Operator, Vinyl App Product Code
39-325 and 326--on the ones you sent me, the little knob that pops into the hole at the bottom of the window, sticks DOWN rather than UP like the previously ordered ones.
In the attached photos--the old ones are on the top and these most recently purchased ones are on the bottom.
I've tried every way I can to make it work with no success. What to do?
Maybe you have some ideas, or at worst, there's a swap we can do.
