Window Parts Replacement/Kohler Window

A contractor from Sterling, VA says:
Early 2000's Kohler windows that have a few broken parts that are preventing 1 window from staying open and making another window difficult to open. Hoping you can identify parts needed through pictures and numbers TR112 83J597001. I took a picture of stickers on the windows but as you will see the 1 number is rubbed of and is essentially cannot be read.

Thanks for posting. Can you tell me what parts are broken, exactly? Are you looking for new pivot shoes? If so, I'll need to know their width and thickness. The sticker unfortunately doesn't tell us much. Knowing more about the hardware in need of replacement will be a greater help.
