No name or markings on the door and had already been removed before the picture was taken. The part tha is broke is what holds the storm windos in position on the storm door. It is a glass storm window.

Looks like you have a Larson storm door. The corner keys are sold by the set. See our 95-249. As for the slide bolt, our 91-140 could be what you need but you would have to confirm that the tip is the same. Yours appears to have been broken off.
