Latches for Jeldwin casement windows

Broken in the closed position. Looks like p/N 38-095 would work. I took more accurate measurements and it looks similar per your diagram. Please confirm this for me. Thank You!

The 38-095 may very well work, especially if the dimensions are all the same. It's hard to make out the finer measurements based on just a tape measurer, but if you are confident your measurements are accurate then the 38-095 could be a great choice.

I took more accurate measurements than what the tape measure shows in the pictures and the results were the same as p/N 38-095.
