Left and Right Shoe?

A handy person from Yorktown, VA says:

I just ordered part number 15-045 3/8" pivot shoe and both pieces are the for the same side (left only). Is there a corresponding part number for the right side?

The 15-045 should be able to be used on both the left and right side. Are you sure the 15-045 is what you need? Have you tried using it on both sides? If you have, and it does not work, it may not be correct.

Please show us a few pictures of your old pivot shoe removed from the window and we can try to make a better suggestion. Please also give me its width and thickness.
