Looking for Replacement Window Screen Corners #782

A contractor from Denver, CO says:

These corners are from a window maker that I can't identify locally. No one seems to be familiar with this style, and surprised when they see it. The only significant marking is "782" stamped on it.

I'm actually having trouble finding this, myself. It definitely is a weird one. Could you tell us the size of the frame opening that accepts the corner leg? If we can't find this, perhaps we can find something that would work instead.
