Looking for Replacement casement window handles/covers

A handy person from California says:
I have a number of crank operators I would like to switch out for new folding/recessed cranks so that cellular shades can be installed.

I have 2 Andersen casement windows with a total of 4 Andersen window operators/handles. And I also have 16 of the 'Truth' handles on 8 similar windows, I think Andersen.

If we can 'retrofit' these current operator handles & covers with newer/folding covers, that would be great.

Thank You,
James

Hello, James. I'm not sure if we will have exactly what you need. Installing shades on this kind of window can be tricky, especially if the operators were not designed to accommodate them. For the truth operator, see our 39-205, and for the Andersen see our 39-301. Could you use either of these?
A quick learner says:
Hi Paul - Thanks for the reply. It seems that these might be the least painful way to go. Could you let me know whether these two items are made of metal or plastic? I couldn't tell from the descriptions. Thank You, James

Great! They are both diecast metal.
A quick learner says:
OK - I will try them both out. Thank you!
