Looking for balances

These are on a tilt window and ribbed balances. Measure 29 inches long. Also measures 1/2 x 1/2. We ordered S751-29 thinking they were them but they are took big. They are stamped 28TG

Can you go into more detail about how it wouldn't fit? Was it the metal channel or the shoe? It looks to me like the issue may be the shoe, but I could be wrong. The Series 751 comes with the 15-014, but yours looks somewhat more like our 15-197. Can you look this hardware over and confirm for me? Carefully compare the measurements we show for the 15-197 to your own shoe and let me know.
