Looking for correct Pivot Shoe Replacement parts

A handy person from Cincinnati, OH says:
3 questions

1. I am looking to find the correct pivot shoe replacement part. I have attached pictures. The windows are Thermal-Gard Windows from 1982.

2. The reason I need the placement parts is that many of the pivot shoes have cracked off, especially in the top windows that don't get a lot of use. They get stuck and when I apply too much pressure to try to slide them down, they crack off. Can you suggest a product to use that will have keep the pivot shoes sliding easily. Perhaps some sort of Silicon spray?

3. What type of spiral balance charging tool

Hello! I'll go through your questions one at a time.

1) Check out our 15-070 pivot shoe to start with. I think your old one is discontinued, but this may replace it. Carefully go over our dimensions to confirm.

2) A silicone spray is EXACTLY what I'd recommend, as a matter of fact! I think spraying the tracks with silicone will get them working properly again.

3) For the charging tool, I recommend our 75-006 for tilt windows.
