Looking for new window latches for condo window

A home owner from Ossining NY says:
We live in a 25 year old Condo Complex of 180 units in Westchester Cty. Windows are being replaced now here and there by homeowners but many owners are not ready to spend the big bucks for replacements if they can fix their problems.

One of the issues is that the locking mechanisms (black plastic tabs) that are spring loaded break off due to being brittle.....UV, age, etc. The windows are double glass and seem OK. I am attaching some pictures of the item needed (lock latch) Can you possible source some of these for us?

Take a look at our 26-088P, Keller Window Finger Latch Pair, and let us know if these look like a good match to you.
A home owner from Ossining NY says:
Hello Tom,
That was quick work indeed. Yes, the above items are indeed what I need. I will go to your website and order them.
Thanks again,
Guenther
