Looking for replacement bottom sash

A home owner from Charleston, SC says:
I have a picture of the sticker from inside the window, but have a hard time to identify manufacturer. Plastic frame of the bottom sash felled apart and barely holding glass.
Thank you for any suggestions.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Based on this sticker, I believe you have the old Series 76 Keller window. This company has been out of business since 1995, however. Can you go into more detail on the damage itself? Is it the snap-in glazing that has deteriorated? Can you show me a picture of the problem area? We don't sell replacement sashes, but we do have a wide variety of replacement glazing.

Thank you! Yes, that looks to be the snap-in glazing. I'm just not sure what to recommend. Keller has been known to use our 55-181, but you will need to carefully go over our pictures and measurements to confirm if this is a match.
