Looking for same item but with smaller wheel

Do you happen to have this same item 23-095 but with a 1 3/8 wheel?

I'm afraid we don't have a version of the 23-095 with that wheel size. However, it has an adjustable housing. You should be able to adjust it to make up the difference.
