Marvin casement window

A handy person from Tenafly, nj says:
I have 15 Marvin casement windows with Truth hardware and 12 don't work. These windows were installed by the previous owner so they are probably around 25 years old. I figured I'd start with two of them that are the same size, see how that goes and order more parts later. I watched your installation video and as long as I can find the correct parts, it should be an easy fix. Are the pictures I subitted sufficient?

Yes, I think we can help. Based on what you show here I would start with our 39-015. This appears to be a close match.
A home owner from Tenafly, NJ says:
Tom, the replacement item you suggested was a perfect match! I can't believe I waited so long to fix this. It was much easier than I envisioned. Thank you!

I have 10 more windows to fix, 4 different sizes. They are all Marvin windows with Truth hardware. I took two pictures of each item. I could only attach 5 at a time so I'll send the other pictures in another message. The last one I pictured is a window lock that is a left lock that should be right, or vice versa. I'm not sure.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.

Thanks again!

Here are the additional pictures.

I hope that including all the pictures together wasn't too confusing. If you need some clarification, please let me know.

Thanks again!

No, this isn't confusing at all. These pictures are perfect and I think we can definitely help.

To start out, let's look at the awning operators. We actually have many different sizes other than the 39-015. See our 39-083, 39-140, and 39-143. Any or all of these may be what you want.

For the casement window, I think you have something like our 39-155 and 39-156. Just confirm that the size of the small link arm is 3-13/16". I think it is, but better safe than sorry.

Finally, for the window lock, I would recommend you look at our 38-075. Again, just confirm the dimensions.
