Marvin window weather stripping

A handy person from Seattle, Washington says:
I am looking for replacement weather stripping for the bottom of a 1997 Marvin awning window. The stripping is black firm plastic that attaches to a groove toward front of window frame and orients back toward frame. Photo attached. It is 5/8" wide and about 38" long.

Hey, thanks for posting. Can you confirm the brand of your window? What you have kind of looks like the one Pella uses on their casement windows, our 58-178. Do you think you could use this on your Marvin window?

A quick learner says:
Dave you are right. On closer inspection this awning window is from Pella. I cannot read the serial number any long but it ends in 495. Is this the correct part?

It very well could be. How do the dimensions match up?
