Metal frame windows in a high school football press box

A quick learner from Beaumont, TX says:
My son is remodeling his high schools press box as his Eagle Scout Project. The windows aren't working properly and they have signs saying not to open because the windows will fall out. Looks like all of the latches are either broken or just not working properly.

Thanks for posting. Could you give me the distance between the two screw holes, measured from center-to-center? Could you also tell me the width of the latch? In the meantime, see our 26-078 and 26-079 and see if these could be what you need.
A quick learner from Beaumont, TX says:
I don't have the measurements...a glass guy told me that they were standard. I will try and measure them and have the info posted.

Thank you for the clear images! Look at our 26-176 and 26-177 and let me know what you think. This is the closest match we can find that won't require you to drill new holes. Could you use these as replacement latches?

For future reference, very few replacement parts are considered standard. Every manufacturer uses something different, and every manufacturer has multiple series of windows and doors that use many, many different kinds of parts.
