I have attached three photos: 1.) to identify the Window, tag on Window; 2.) a picture of the spring part to assist in opening and closing window, NEED this new part; 3.) inside plastic trim picture need for bottom of upper window., NEED this new part.

Please let me know if I can order these parts.

Thanks for posting, Jack. The balance looks like it could either be our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. The only difference between these two is the size of the bottom shoe they come with. You will need to measure yours to confirm the better match.

I'm not sure about the piece in your third picture. Can you go into more detail? What is its function? Can you also give me your measurements?

Thanks. Based on the measure of bottom shoe its the 380 and 29".

The third picture is a cross section view of the inside, snap-in glazing on the bottom of the upper window and its 49.5" long. I have attached anoter picture of where it used to be on the window.
