Milgard Channel Balance

I sent a request last week but I didn't see a response. My email is limited to 4G so maybe it's lost in space. The reference # is D14214. I'll give you the info again:
I have a Milgard single hung non-tilt vinyl window with a sash that weighs 33 lbs. the metal portion of the channel balance is 27". It's 9/16" deep and 1/2" wide. I'll order a couple of balances if you can supply the part number

Hey, Greg. Please see our S385-27, this may be a good match for you. For a 33 pound sah, I'd recommend our 2665 option.
