Military housing balances

A contractor from USA says:

I work on military housing throughout the country. I'm having trouble replacing these coil balances.
The springs are stamped with 3,4,5 or 6.
Any ideas?

Thank you for your patience in this matter! This one took some tracking down, but I think we finally found a winner. We will be adding a new part to our catalog that we believe can replace this. Please give us a little time to have it made up, and I'll let you know as soon as it's available!
