Thanks! I believe Cox used our 23-120 guide for the top and bottom track. This also appears similar to the hardware in your pictures. Check it out and see if you agree.

The 23-120 is compatible with Cox, but the best way to know if it will work is to compare the dimensions we show to your own measurements.

Yes, you will have to completely remove the door. These guides should just pop out, try using a slotted screwdriver. |

It looks like you need our spring loaded pin with nylon guide, item number 23-120. You will need to remove the housing base from the door, push the new guide base in the door and then snap in the round nylon wheel into the track. |

We might have a roller that can work for you, but I'm not able to make out what kind you have from this photo. I would require a clear photo of the original removed from the door so that I may make a recommendation. |
