Mortise Latch-Patio Sliding Doors

I'm looking for replacements for two sliding glass doors. I removed the broken mechanism from one door years ago and have sadly lost the part, so I'm hoping you can identify it from the remains cut out. I ordered 82-214 7/8 wide mortise & keeper for this door. It's way too big since the opening is only 1/2 inch, so I hope to exchange it for the correct mortise. I've looked through your selection of parts, but I'm not seeing a match. I've pictured both mortise with a sewing measuring tape to help in the search for the right parts.

Thanks for posting. I think you have a different mortise lock in both of these doors. The photos on the right show something that closely resembles our 82-218, however the photo on the left shows hints that this other mortise lock may have once had a face plate. Our 82-226 could possibly be a match. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Thank you for your response. I agree we are talking about two different mortises. 82-218 may fit, but clearly the 82-226 is much too big. As you can see from the measuring tape in the pic my mortise is 1/2 inch wide, not 3/4, & I guess the length pic didn't upload, but it's less than 4 inches long.

The only other thing that comes to mind is our 82-244, but that does not appear to match your dimensions, either. I'm afraid that without seeing the original mortise lock, we cannot guarantee that any of our parts will work.
