Window casement lock plastic piece?

A home owner from Australia says:
Hi there

I need you help.I have ordered the complete assembly , however the casing is still OK and also the lever mechanism works fine, just that the internal plastic slider is broken. I suppose it broke because of UV exposure. I am wondering whether it is possible just to replace the plastic slider and if that is the case, can you change my order and instead of sending me a complete assembly just send me two sliders for the left side and 2 for the right side mechanism if the amount I have paid you would cover that. Please get back to me.

By the way, your website is kind of blocked, cannot be moved up or down and that

Thanks for posting! I'm afraid the interior plastic piece is not available by itself. We do provide a replacement lock, however it's not exactly the same. I suspect yours is an older model. See our 38-144 and let me know how this matches up. Please keep in mind that you may need to also replace the keepers so that it will work in your window. See our 38-275 and 38-277.
