LOOKING FOR THIS TYPE OF HINGE ASSY..I THINK ITS A CROFT DOOR HOWEVER NOT ENTIRELY SURE.

I don't believe we have a replacement for this hinge. The closest we have is our 40-153, but I'm not sure if you can use this in your door. We also have the 40-165 hinge repair kit that may be worth considering.
