I'm contacting you regarding needing a replacement lock for our Philips vinyl sliding glass patio door, series 870,

model: CCMC # 12765-L.

the lock has broken and am in desperate need of a replacement. I looked on your website & it looks like from what I found, that it might possibly be the mortise lock 4 5/8 in

product code: 82-226

but not for sure if it is definitely the exact one I need to order from you. On your website the picture of this specific lock with its dimensions match ours precisely.

But you only show the lock picture on one side & not of both sides.
