NVR Series 4500 Casement Windows

A home owner from Rising Sun, MD says:
All of my casement window operators are failing or are beginning to fail. The house is a Ryan Homes house built in 2005. I know that NVR is Ryan's parent company so I was not able to locate a website for the manufacturing/replacement parts of the window. Any help in identifying compatible replacement operators would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Tom from SWISCO responded:
It looks like much of the operator arm is hidden in your pictures by the sash, but start out by looking at our 39-027E and 39-028E. Carefully compare the specs we show to your own hardware and see how well they match.
A quick learner from Parkville, Md. says:
The casement windows installed by Ryan homes are probably the lowest quality windows available. Difficult to reach, clean, or maintain. I replaced all the regular windows. . .and oh what a blessing. These casements are next. Have to install insulation at the base of the windows, and this should be an adventure.
