Napco Window - Broken Counter Balance

Can you please help me identify the parts I need to for my NAPCO Vinyl replacement window?

The lower window itself is 28.25" wide and 19" High. I have included pictures of the parts next to a measuring tape to help identify their dimensions.

Thanks for posting, MaryAnn. The springs look similar to our S152-6. See what you think. Besides replacing them, you may also be interested in getting new shoes. See our 15-177.
