Need Help with BiltBest Replacement Parts

A home owner from Michigan says:
Hello Swisco,

I have one right hand and one left hand casement window with damaged Bilt Best operators. The crank handles are no longer attached to the operators. From the attached photos can you help me identify the parts I will need to order?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Good afternoon, and thanks for posting in our Discussion Board. have you seen our 39-032 & 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operators? Please compare their dimensions to your own hardware and let me know if you think they can act as replacements.
A home owner from Michigan says:
Thanks Tom for the advice, I measured my existing parts and the dimensions match. I'll order 39-031 and 39-032.

Two final questions.

1. Can you point me to advice on how to take the wood sill apart when I replace the operators?

2. I'm assuming my existing handles will fit the new operators - is this correct?

Your site is excellent and so is your customer support. I like doing business with SWISCO!

Thank you! We like doing business with great customers like you!

Now, for your questions:

1) You will have to pry the moulding off to get to the screws. You can use a prybar for this project, such as our 75-081 prybar/scraper. Just be careful not to crack the moulding when you pry it out! Always remember: safety first.

2) Yes, you can reuse your existing handles. Should you ever need a replacement for them, though, you could always check out our 39-114L or 39-205.
A home owner from Michigan says:
Tom,

Just wanted to thank you for the assistance and say that it's a pleasure doing business with SWISCO.

The parts arrived on time, they fit perfectly, the tool you sent made it easy, the windows are fixed and your advice was much appreciated. I'm looking forward to doing more business with SWISCO and have already recommended your company to a co-worker.
