Need Philips window counter balance

A handy person from Santa Rosa, California says:
August 28, 2015
The part in the photo is 27" x 9/16" x 5/8". I didn't include the shoes in the measurement. It's a Philips window,and the string is missing from the part in the photo. the tag in the window says
MFGR: PHP-032-1
SERIES: 830/810S
ID No. PHP0495/U31-55/HVS

I need 6 of these. Thanks

Thanks for posting, Bruce. It's hard to determine what balance Series you have. The key is identifying the nylon fittings on either end. Yours might be our S390-27, but you will have to confirm that those fittings are the same as ours.
