Also how do I remove the old one. I can't figure it out. 1 and 1/2 inch plastic wheel. Housing 3" x 1/2" x 1 and 7/8" wide. edge of flange to edge of flange = 2 and 1/2"

Thanks for posting! I think our 23-028 looks like a good possible replacement. As for removal, lay the door on a stable surface and unbolt the screw.

I have done that and it seems to be cramped on in some places. I hate to force it. I am going to order the replacement and try to figure out how it is installed.

It is not crimped on. The 2 tabs on the bottom just slide in. The screw keeps it all in place. It is simpler than it looks. I rarely remove the outer bracket anyway. The new inner housing just slides into the old outer housing. Why they don't sell the inner part by itself is a mystery. I have a box full of empty outer housings that will probably end up in the trash next time I move.
