Need correct balance shoe tilt

A quick learner says:
Goes with balance 3x8 x 29 yellow. Shoe has white cam. I can't remove shoe at cut out as shown. Why?

Thanks for posting. Your shoe looks like an old, discontinued version of the 15-118. I think ours can still work for you, so check it out. As for removing it, you should be able to simply pop it out of the cutout with a screwdriver. There's no trick to it, really. See the videos below for a visual example of how we do it:

The measurments seem correct for the item you suggested however please look at attached pic of cam. Seems quite different than yours and cam is white. Will this affect operation? Also I saw reference to MW vinyl clad windows and rot but I think mine are all vinyl. How can I tell.

As long as the size is the same, you should be okay. For the 15-118, the cam slot has an overall measurement of 5/16" wide by 3/16" high.
