Balance for a lift down type window

A landlord from Pittsburgh, PA says:
Hi there!

You website is very helpful! I had already ordered a set of channel balances from you guys that I was able to identify with your handy videos.

But now I have another property where 7 of my 10 windows do not stay open. They are the lift down variety. I snapped a few photos of the mechanism that pivots the windows out in hopes you can help me replace those so I don't need to replace the whole window.

Thank you!

Thanks for posting, SuangQi! I'm glad to hear that we have been so helpful. Rest assured that we will have many more helpful videos in the future!

Now, as for this window, were you looking to replace the balances, or just the shoes? If you just need the shoes, I think you should take a look at our 15-105 17/32" thick pivot bar and compare it to your own hardware. Could these work for you?

If you aren't sure, could we see the shoe as removed from the window? To see how you can remove it, please watch the following video tutorial.
