Need help identifying Top Sash Guide

A home owner from Fort Worth, Texas says:
I realized, when the replacement channel balance I got shot upward past my broken Top Sash Guide, that I needed to get some additional replacement parts.

However, after perusing your site I was unable locate what I thought was a match for my existing (broken) Top Sash Guides. So, here I am, asking for your assistance.

The first two pictures show the Top Sash Guide (not broken) uninstalled and sitting on 1/4 inch graph paper with dimensions added. The final picture shows the part installed in the window sash. I apologize for the quality of the final picture.

Unfortunately, I could find no markings, text or otherwise, on the Top Sash Guide.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide and please let me know if there's any further information I can provide.

Our 18-174 top sash guide seems to be a match. Check it out and let me know what you think.
A home owner from Fort Worth, Texas says:
Thank you for your help, sir! The color isn't an exact match but I think the dimensions are spot on (probably more accurate than my measurements). I will order some of the 18-174 top sash guides and try them out.

Thank you again for your help.
