Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

A quick learner says:
Wish they would number them differently on the unit itself so that 1540 can only be one particular measurement... either 15-001 or 15-002 Not sure what I'm looking for. Thanks anyway.

The stamp only tells you how strong the spring is, so it's not the best thing to use to locate a replacement. Once you measure your shoes, just compare them to the image below to determine which is closer.
A quick learner says:
I think it's the 1 1/8. If wrong? Will the other work? :)
Thank you for all your help!

Great! If the 1-1/8" shoe isn't correct, you could try grinding it down to size.

Good idea. Thanks

Received the order from you of the channel balances. FAST delivery, thank you. Your instructions were easy to follow and I just installed them. I had never done this before. Again, thanks for ALL your support!
