Need help identifying window channel balance

A quick learner from Orlando, Fl says:
Hi.

I need two 1/2" window channel balances 30" long. Please see the attached pictures. There is no part number on the balances and other than the information below there is no manufacturers name on the Windows.

There are two stickers on the window. One says Series Mark40/50 SH W.B., AAMA /NWDA 101/I.S. 2-97, H-LC35*-114x78 (MULL)

The other says H-R35-53x77 (MUNT)

The window itself is about 49"x60".

Thanks, Phil

Thanks for posting, Phil. Start by looking at our S380-30 channel balance. This could be a good match, just go over our information to confirm that everything matches up.
A quick learner from VENICE, FL says:
The house is 30 years old. There are no numbers or letters on the channel. Rivet broke that holds the upper portion of the spring.
The lower part near the block and tacke where the spring attaches seems to have pulled through the metal retainer, spring is no longer captured. The channel is approx. 38 inches long. Do you carry a replaced part?

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
