Need help to identify channel balance part

A quick learner from Pittsburgh, PA says:
The length of the rod is almost 37 inches which seems odd given it has 36 4 FN CALDWELL stamped on it Photos of bottom and top included.

I will need 2 of those.

I will also need 2 of the 31 inch version.

I believe the correct Top Sash is 18-124P. I will need 8 of those
