Need help with finding replacement part

A home owner from USA says:
June 16, 2016
Metal length is 30 inches.
Metal width is 9/16 inches.
Believe Windows are Phillips circa 2006.
Now Phillips is out of business.
I have 16 Windows this size that I want to replace both side balances.
At a minimum I need to replace 10.
Is there a left and right?
Some Windows appear to have 2 balances in each side. But most just have 1.
And I really like your website.

Thanks for posting, and for the compliment. This looks a lot like our S390-30 channel balance. Look it over and see what you think. These do not come left and right. You should have two for each sash. I would also confirm that each window uses the same size balance with the same stamp for each one.
