I have a couple of problems with one piece of my order. As I don't know the correct names for all the pieces, I've attached a couple of photos for reference.

39-348 : Sill Mounted Awning Operator
First - the operator came with only one clip (see attached photo). The left end had a clip but the right end does not. Second - this part fit into the spot perfectly, however, the holes at the ends (see attached photo) are not large enough to slide over our old pins on the sliding parts in the window. So I guess I need to order two new sliding pieces (see 2nd attachment) to accommodate the replacement operator. Third - I also need a new handle (white, see attached photo), as the handle on our old operator is missing.
Please let me know the part numbers for the sliding pieces and the handle so that I can order them. Plus, when I place the new order, I would appreciate it if you'd include the missing clip - no need to send separately as that's just more postage.
