Need new tilt latches

A home owner from Rochester ny says:
Windows installed in 1997 (not by me). I want to sell the house but half of the tilt latches are broken. It's hard to tell which one will fit.Now I know that the windows are Silverline Silverweld 8000 double hung windows. Also I'm talking about the bottom pane latches only. I may have additional information from the manufacturer soon.

Do you think you could use our 26-320 top tilt latch as a replacement? Take a look and let us know what you think.
A quick learner from NJ says:
I had broken tilt latches that look just like this, but my measurements were a little off, so I couldn't locate the correct part. After reading this thread I gave them a try & they worked for me, saving me at least $600 in new windows. Thank you!
