Need original sliding door lock

A home owner from San Diego, CA . says:
Hi my wife & I recently purchased a home & The previous owner installed a doggy door onto the rear sliding door. They didn't give us the original lock that attaches to the door frame at the wall. The sticker on the wall says Series AV 450 - SGD R20 99X95. Do you know what part we need to get to replace the original lock on the frame of the door? We're going to take off the doggy door.

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on this sticker. Can you show me pictures of where the lock fits into the door? Can you also give me the spacing between the installation holes, center-to-center? Thanks.

Here are more pictures with a tape measure for sizing. Please let me know if you come up with anything. Thank you.

Thank you! The mortise lock portion looks like our 82-218, but see if you agree. We have a few compatible keepers depending on the hole spacing. See our 89-020 and 89-021D to start out.
