Need replacement parts for Caldwell window

A home owner from Portland, Oregon says:
Hello, I need to replace the lift mechanisms(not sure what they are called) on a window. The part has the following marking on it - 32 2 GP CALDWELL

The piece is 33" long (metal part) or 34" including the plastic part on the end.

I need both right and left sides

Thanks for your help!

Hello, Joshua. It's hard to make out exactly what your bottom shoe is, though from what I can see our Series 395 appears to be the closest match. Let me know if you agree.
A home owner from Portland, Oregon says:
That looks like the right one. As far as weight goes, The window weighs 18 lbs. Should I get the Series 395 - 3220 or 3230?

Thanks for your help!

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I would stick with 3220, since this is the same spring strength you have on your current balance.
