It's extremely hard to tell if our 26-040 can work or not without seeing yours remove from the window, especially when they're as corroded and damaged as yours are. As long as the dimensions match up it may work, but I cannot confirm. You will have to use your best judgement.

Take note that removing an old rusted pivot bar from your sash is very difficult. I like to start with a lubricant like WD-40. Soack it for a few hours and then try to wriggle it out. You might end up using a heat gun with a low heat setting to try and loosen it up, however there is a risk of warping the frame or damaging the glass so only use that as a last resort.
