Need replacement seals wor wood casement window in 25 yr old house in Colorado

A quick learner from Boulder Colorado says:

Can you please identify the seal in the attached picture showing a cross section of the seal. I will need a reel of the stuff to cover many windows.

I did not find any marking on the window to help identify the manufacturer.
