Need smaller 81-039

A contractor from San Anselmo, CA says:

I ordered these patio door rollers (2) 81-039 but they were too big vertically and couldn't be adjusted low enough to install on the track. There is 1" of room in the patio door housing where the rollers would install and it's 3/8" space from the track insert to the edge of track housing. I need a roller that fits within the 1" space that it resides in and can be adjusted so that it's total vertical ht. is around 1 1/8" or 1 1/4" including wheel.

Could you give me more detailed dimensions of your original roller? What was the width and height of the housing, and the roller diameter? Could we also see a few pictures of your original roller? Thank you!

I don't have a picture or data on the original as the homeowner went to the hardware store and they gave her a set that didn't work. I've used Swisco before and ordered 81-039 because they had a closed fastening tab and took a chance it would be the one.
After doing all my measurements I have now ordered 81-083 which I believe should fit within the existing space. we'll see.
