Need spring balance and pivot shoes

A home owner from Virginia Beach says:
The windows were replaced a few years ago by the previous owner, and in doing an addition project at our home, the contractor relocated several windows. One window has two busted pivot shoes, one in the rear track and one in the front track. Both are busted out slightly differently, and the only thing we know is that the windows were from home Depot. The stickers on the window do not identify a particular manufacturer and home depot staff cannot identify it from the home Depot sticker. Some of the pictures below have various numbers stamped, but nothing to clearly indicate a part number or manufacturer. I would love to just replace the pivot locks, but if needed could replace both balances in pairs. The front sash balance is 27" long. The rear track(top sash) is 3.5" shorter.

Thanks for posting. I believe our 15-195 can replace your broken pivot shoe. If you are interested in a whole new balance, see our Series 795 channel balance. This appears to match what you have quite well.
