Need to find replacement for old casement window operator and lock

A home owner from OAK PARK, MICHIGAN 48237 says:
So I just bought this house that was built in the late 1950s. There are approximately 20 casement windows, all of which are either broken or beat up. I'd like to replace but am having trouble finding them at a local hardware store. Can you help me identify the part name and provide a link if you sell it?

There is a stamp on bottom of the crank mechanism- 4 -200 LH. I have two more images, but the system only allows me to upload five. If you need me to send the last two let me know.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
You have old Andersen window, I think from the early 1960's. We do not carry an exact replacement for it, unfortunately, and I'm not even sure if Andersen can still supply them. I have a few suggestions that could work with a little retro fitting on your part, however. Take a look at our 39-094 and 39-095 operators. For the locks, you could consider our 38-056 and 38-057 along with 38-136 keeper, or perhaps the 38-097 and 38-098 along with the 38-079 keeper. Take a look and see what you think.

Any feedback on the results? I have the same windows and would like to know if the suggested parts worked.
