Need to purchase replacement pivot shoe for vinyl window

A quick learner from Durham, NC says:

Window has mfg label from West Window. No other data can be read from any label. Window was installed when I purchased the house.

I'd like to identify the replacement part. The window has two spiral balances, one on each side of the window.
32-inch, red bushing.

1-1/4" Wide x 2' High x 9/16" deep
part number seems to be 530CSB but your online part matching this number is not for a spiral balance
