Need to replace Channel Balance & Top Sash Guide

Is the top sash guide in your second picture the only thing that's broken? If so, you may not need to replace your channel balance. The only way to know what top sash guide will work is to carefully compare your measurements to ours. If the 18-009 dimensions differ in any way, let me know exactly how.
