Needing a little help. Please see pictures

A quick learner from Dandridge, TN says:
My problem crank assembly appears to be very much like your part numbers 39-150 and/or 39-094. However, mine does NOT have the screws that mount the cover onto the assembly. Length wise it seems to be in-between these two are far as the armature.

I agree, this is likely either the 39-094 or 39-150. I can't make out your arm length based on your picture, unfortunately. You may want to remove it to get a more accurate measurement. I'm confident it's one of these two operators.

As for the screw holes, I wouldn't worry about it. Some older Andersen operators didn't have them, but it shouldn't make a big difference.
